General Info

Hilldal Event Center is next to our High School Football Field. Plenty of parking is available! 

Address is 300 E Smith Ferry Road, Muskogee

We welcome new teams!!! 

Please bring extension cords as we are limited with plug ins being at the front of the stage. 

 

Doors open at 7:00

Inspections begin at 8:00

Drivers Meeting at 9:00

Lunch at 12:00

Match play continue at 12:30

Skills Close at 3:00

Finals begin at 4:00

We will have a full concession with Walking Tacos, Nachos and Hot Dogs available!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If Inclement Weather causes concern, the final decision will be made at 12:00 noon on Friday, on December 8th. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Credit will be issued to our next event.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Credit will be issued to our next event

 

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
