Thank you for registering for Katy Botober VRC Over Under Challenge
We plan to use the smart field controllers for this event. Please make sure the following Initial Setup (Teams) is followed prior to inspection.
- Open VEXcode
- Connect robot brain directly to computer
- Turn on robot brain
- Ensure controller and robot are running the latest VEXos firmware
- Set team number on robot brain (no spaces between team number and letter)

Volunteer
Volunteers are what make VEX events happen. Our biggest need for each event is judges and queuing, no experience is needed. Volunteers receive lunch, and snacks throughout the day. Email Thea Drake if you would like to volunteer. ([email protected])
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Any required closing will be based on district policy.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be sent.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
a team can transfer to another KHS event if notified 2 weeks before competition.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Engineering Notebook submission deadline will be October 14th.
