General Info

Jackson Area Robotics along with the University of Memphis at Lambuth are excited to bring you the Hub City West TN Invitational.

This tournament is an opportunity for West TN teams to earn those coveted TN State Championship spots in March 2024. Since this is an Invitational, all teams must first add themselves to the waitlist. EP will move eligible teams from waitlist to the roster.

Teams outside of the West TN area may add themselves to the waitlist. If the tournament does not fill with West TN teams, teams from other areas of TN may be invited.

Teams can volunteer to help set up on Friday evening starting at 4:00 pm and will have the opportunity to be inspected and run Skills by 6:00 pm.

Registered teams will be contacted closer to the event with details regarding venue, parking, and team lunches.

Team registrations must be paid in full three weeks after a team registers unless other arrangements have been made with EP. Unpaid teams will be moved to the Waitlist. Teams that complete registration and do not pay may not be welcome at future events.

Come join us in Jackson and secure your State spot early!

Volunteer

Please consider joining us for a day of exhausting, but rewarding, fun.

Since one of our goals is to bring as many people from the Jackson and West TN area on board this adventure as possible, several roles are already filled. However, we can always use eager and experienced hands.

Please note that several roles will require training in advance.

Friday afternoon set up begins at noon and will continue throughout the evening. Teams/volunteeers willing to help will recieve early access to pit set up and practice fields.

Full day Saturday volunteers will receive breakfast, lunch, snacks, and all the coffee you can drink.
