General Info
There are four dates for league play.
Three ranking sessions: Sep 30, Oct 28, Nov 18
One ranking Session and eliminations/ finals Dec 16th.
All sessions will be held at Kea'au High School.
Robot Skills will take place on Dec 16th only. 3 attempts for Driver and 3 attempts for Programming.
League Awards for Judges, Design, and Excellence determined at Finale (Dec 16th.). Engineering Notebooks will be submitted at check-in.

Ranking events will be from 9am to 1pm (or until matches are completed)
Dec 16th
- 9am - 10am: Ranking Sessions (if needed)
- 9am - 12pm: Skills Challenge
- 9am - 1pm: Judging interviews
- 12:30 pm - 3pm: Finals and Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will be postponed in the event of bad weather. This event may be postponed in the event of changes in state and local health regulations. Teams will be notified by the event partner the day prior to the event if there is a need to postpone. Please make sure your team contact info is up to date in your RobotEvents.com account, and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Due to fixed event partner costs, there are no refunds for this event. Payment in full is required 1 week prior to tournament or teams may be dropped by the event partner.

Judging Format
For Dec 16th Finals Only: All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
