General Info
Welcome and Get Ready to Rumble!
This is a VRC Over and Under combined event. It will be held on the campus of Canadian Valley Technology Center in the Seminar Center located on the north end of the campus. Doors will open at 7:30 am. Engineering notebooks will be accepted until 9:00 am. Teams not passing inspection by 9:00 am will be dropped from the schedule.

Volunteer
Become a Volunteer
Each attending school is requested to supply one adult volunteer. This will help in each school having a representative in the overall process. It is important that things are handled in a fair and objective manner. With every school participating not just in the competition, but in the other "behind the scenes" activities, it will provide an improved and better product for our students to compete in.
The week prior to the competition, pleae provide the name of your volunteer, experience level, and swhere they wish to volunteer. Soome areas where they could help out:

School Closings will automatically cancel the tournament.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: No Refund
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No Refund
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
