We will have a full VEX Tournament featuring two competition fields, a skills field, and a practice field. Additionally, we will be following all the current COVID-19 restrictions. Teams that have not checked in 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the qualifying matches will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: a full refund will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: a refund will not be issued
