Please note this VRC event is a SUNDAY event!

Engineering notebooks must be uploaded no later than 3 pm on Wednesday, January 3rd. Notebooks will not be collected at the event. To upload notebooks, log in to Robot Events and go to My Account>Registered Teams. Here you will find the tabs to upload notebooks. Please do a test of the link to ensure that the viewer has permission to view the file.

Please ensure all participants and supervisors have completed the VEX Release form, also located on Robot Events.

We do not have an alternate date if we must cancel for weather. Please check back for updates.

Teams are welcome to bring spectators and students may eat at their pit tables in our commons. We will update further about food purchase options.

Teams MUST observe the match number sequence (which may be different than the estimated times!) and take responsibilty to be at the field in time for each match (plan for 2 matches ahead of the number printed on the match schedule). We will not wait for missing teams!

Be sure to review the Code of Conduct with your teams and supervisors. For questions or concerns please see the Event Partner (Mrs. Grady).

Judging Format

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline will be 3pm on the previous Wednesday, January 3rd.
  • NOTE: While judging will be live/in person, judging teams may include additional "remote judges" that remotely review the digital notebooks and participate in the interview remotely alongside one or more in-person judges. For fairness,  All judge teams will be composed of the same proportion of live and remote judges. Expect the initial interview to be in a classroom or similar area, with follow up interviews and team evaluations done by watching and visiting/observing teams in the pits.
