General Info

Thank you for your interest in the Raiders Robotics VRC Tournament!   

This tournament will be held at Wapahani High School (10401 E CR 167 S, Selma, IN 47383).  Spectactors are welcome and there is no limit on the number of spectators.  There will be concessions offered as well as a breakfast and lunch option to order for teams (all proceeds go back to our robotics program).   More details will come closer to the event.

Volunteer

An event can never have too many volunteers! We are looking to fill various roles and will find something for everyone!  Training availble for the role if needed.  If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Jenna Eastham at [email protected].

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event that this tournament cannot take place due to inclement weather, a credit for entries into a future event will be offered to all paid teams.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will only be issued under extreme circumstances and will typically result in a credit towards future leagues/events.  Processing may take up to two weeks.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
