• Team Pits located in adjacent PHS West Cafeteria.

Teams will receive advance notificatio via email.
In the event of tournament cancellation due to weather visit either:

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Tournament cancellation by the Host will result in a refund, less RobotEvent fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds requested by teams will be issued on a per-situation basis and may be reduced based on competition expenses. If granted, refunds will be processed in one month.
Health and Safety Policies
Simply put, if anyone on the team is ill or has symtoms of illness, please do attend the tournament.
Should the health climate change, Porter County Health protocols will be followed.

I-65 N to exit 258, E 37th Ave/Ridge Rd/US 6 in Hobart.
Drive 7.5 miles East Portage High School.
From the East:
US 30 West to IN 49 North @ Valparaiso.
IN 49 North to US Highway 6 West exit.
Drive 6 miles West to Portage High School
Several restaurants and shopping stores are located right near Portage High School.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges at check in.
- Judging will take place in the pits. Teams may be invited to a second interview, and will be observed in both the pits and during game play.
- Physical Notebooks only. Digital books should be printed and submitted at check in.
