General Info
Check In and Inspection will be begin at 7:30 AM.
Tournament will kick off at 9:00 AM.
3 Drive Team tags will be provided. Only students with drive team tags are permitted at staging, the competition fields, and the skills field.
Notebooks will need to be turned in at inspection by 8:30 AM
Only students are allowed in the pit areas, there will be volunteers who help monitor this.
We will have a concession stand available throughout the tournament.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In care of an emergency/bad weather we will try our hardest to reschedule the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: registration will be returned (minus $5.00 for RECF).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: For a refund, the Event Coordinator must be notified at least 10 days prior to the event so that teams may be moved from the wait list, or other teams invited to attend. The refund will be less than the registration by $5.00 for the RECF.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
