General Info

Welcome to the Pleasant Grove Over Under VRC Competition.

The gym in which we will host the tournament is currently under construction and there will be limited audience seating as compared to previous years. While it is a minor inconvienice this year, we how that it will make future events more audience friendly!

At this time, there will be no concessions, there are multiple restaraunts in the vicinity for lunch. Teams are welcome to bring their own food.

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

5:00 - 7:00 pm - Early Check In/Inspection/Skills

Saturday Jan 20th

7:00 - Doors Open

7:30-9:00 - check in/Inspection

9:00 - Skills opens

9:30 - begin qualification rounds

12:15 - 1:00 break for lunch

1:00-3:00 resume qualifications

3:00 - Skills closes

3:30 - Alliance selection

4:00 - Begin eliminations

5:00 - Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of inclimate weather, I will email all sponsors as early as possible with a noticiation of cancellation/postponement.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event refunds will be issued except the robotevent processing fee, or the team can transfer their registration to the make up event at a later date. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw and contacts the event partner before the payment deadline refunds may be issued except for the processing fee from robotevents

No shows will not be issued a refund.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
