General Info
New Palestine High School Robotics are pleased to welcome you to the 2024 New Palestine HS VRC State Qualifier!
The New Palestine High School main and auxiliary gyms will be the site of the tournament. The two gyms are seperated by a shared hallway that incudes restrooms and consession stands. The combined space has ample seating and allows for the pits and playing fields to be in close proximity to one another. A full concession stand will be operating as well as "Smokin Barrel BBQ" options for lunch. We look forward to you participating in our tournament.
We will have a skills field open throughout the day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description. I will also send an email to mentors/coaches on the contact list.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Registration fees will be refunded less the REC fee collected.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Under normal circumstances, there will be no refunds for this event. Refund requests must be made by email to the Event Partner within three days after the event. If a refund is granted we cannot offer a full refund due to the costs incurred in the setup of the event.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline for the digital engineering notebooks is Sunday, February 25th at midnight.
