General Info

Verdigris is located between Claremore and Catoosa, off of Oklahoma 66.  There is an BankFirst and a Sonic at the light that you turn off of the Highway.  This event will take place in the gym behind the High School building, attached to the main building.  

Volunteers are greatly appreciated.  We will open doors at 7:15 am, but please let me know if anything additional is needed.

Code of Conduct

7:00 doors open

7:30 Check in, pit set up, team inspections begin

9:00 opening ceremonies

9:15 Qualifying matches begin, skills fields open, judges meeting

12 - 12:45 lunch

12:45 - 3:30 qualifying matches and skills

3:30 - 4:00 Alliance selection

4:00 - 5:00 Elimination rounds, finals, awards

 

Volunteer

If you wish to volunteer at this event, you will be greatly appreciated.  Please let Dana Hamersley (918)527-7820 know what you would like to do.  We could use score keepers, Judges, queuers, inspectors, and concession help, to name just a few spots.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, Verdigris will attempt to reach you by email and/or phone.  

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will not be charged. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: It would be appreciated if the Coach/Mentor lets Event Planner (Hamersley) know.  Team will not be charged.

We are located between Claremore and Catoosa off of Highway 66.  Event will be held behind the High School building in the gym attached to the building.  Please look for signs.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
