Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Feel free to call me at 803-476-8600
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- A refund of $80.00 per paid team will be issued should the event be cancelled. If the event is postponed by the Event Partner and a team is no longer able to compete, the Event Partner will refund the registration fee if notified 5 days before the rescheduled event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refund will be given.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
