General Info

West Salem's Saturday Tournament is being hosted by West Salem Robotics club and is a great event for veteran and rookie teams to get their robots on the field.  The event will be held in the commons area at West Salem High School and is free to the public to watch.

After passing the technical inspection teams will participate in Qualifying Rounds, Alliance Selection and Elimination rounds.  There will also be a Technical Interview station for teams to share their design process and become eligible for the Excellence, Design and Judges awards.  Teams will also have the opportunity to complete skills challenge runs at this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

 If bad weather was to occur, use your own descretion on attending the event.  If an event is cancelled and we are not able to reschedule the event we will refund your tournament fee minus processing costs.

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
