Congratulations on your qualification for the GA VEX State Championship. For more information, visit the link to our State VEX Championship Information

​If a team double-qualifies for a World Championship spot, the state’s next highest ranking team from the Georgia State Championship Skills list will receive the invitation. 

World Championship qualifying awards and invitations are issued to teams whether or not the teams have expressed an intention to attend the event. Unaccepted World Championship invitations are not offered or transferred to other teams.

Please remember - All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events.

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Bad weather decisions will be made based on the local school system. 

Refund and Payment Policies

All payments must be processed and and cleared by January 20 (this means PO’s must be paid), with the exception of qualifications after that date. Payments for teams not processed by January 20th will be moved to the waitlist and those spots will be filled from Robot Skills.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
