Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the essence of Bad weather we will follow safety measures put in place by Ysleta ISD and if needed to re-schedule you will be notified about details.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: details will be sent via email with enough time notice about new schedule dates.
For this event, if teams do not show or would like to cancel their participation there will not be any refunds.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
Engineering Notebooks are due Monday, November 20, 2023 by 5:00 PM MST.
