Welcome to Collier County Public School's VRC OVer Under Tournament, hosted by Immokalee High School.
- Check-In begins when doors open at 7:45 and will close promptly at 8:45. Teams that are running late must contact the event partner.
- Lunch will be provided and additional snacks and beverages will be available for purchase through a concessions stand.
- A digital consent form for all participants must be completed on robotevents.com prior to arrival.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event may be cancelled or postponed due to severe weather emergencies (Tropical Storm, Hurricane, Flooding). Teams will be refunded in the event of cancellation.
The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation by the event partner only. Please only register robots/teams that intend to attend.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The deadline for Digital Notebook Submission is Wednesday February 21st at 8:00 AM.
