Requirements to enter this tournament

We will be doing judging onsite.

If you have a digital notebook it must be printed and in a binder so judges have a hard copy.

We will be selling Chick Fil A sandwiches Chips and a drink for $7.00 starting at 11:30. 

Our lunch break will be 30 minutes so those who travel great distances can get home at a descent hour and so we can play as many matches as possible.

Code of Conduct

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather and the tournament is unable to go as scheduled, an alternate date will be examined. And if an alternate date can not be scheduled, A refund will be issued. Each team(s) may select to apply their registration to a future event in which that team(s) has not already registered.

Refund and Payment Policies

$5 RobotEvents fee will not be included in any refunds that may be issued.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

It is the responsibility of the coaches/mentors to evaluate the schedules and communicate with their teams as to other activities that may be in conflict with this date. We will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be for rare cases. We will give credit towards a future event held in Claremore durnig this season for all other circumstances.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
