General Info

This is a middle school only event that qualifies teams for the Delmarva Regional Championship.   Please note that this event is meeting at the same location and time as the High School Event.

 

 

The notebook link submission deadline is Sunday, February 18th at 6:00PM.

There will be 'remote' notebook judging with in-person interviews at the event.

8:00 - Doors Open

8:00 - 9:00 a.m.  Registration, Inspection, Practice 

9:00- 9:15 a.m.  Welcome and drivers meeting

9:30 - 12:00 p.m. Qualification matches

9:30 Skill Field Opens

12:00 - 12:45 p.m. Lunch -- (Skills Field Closed Across Lunch)

12:45 – 1:30 p.m. Qualification matches

1:30 -- Skill Field Closes

1:30 - 2:00 Alliance Selection

2:00 – 2:30 p.m. Finals

2:45 – 3:15 p.m. Awards

A full concession stand will be available from 8:00AM - 2:00PM serving breakfast and lunch.  Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Information on pre-ordering whole pizza will be emailed shortly before the event.

We can only run this event with volunteer support, and expect each registered team to provide at least one volunteer for the day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If an emergency or bad weather occurs, we try our best to notify teams no later than the end of the school day the Friday prior to the event.  

Refund and Payment Policies

Please plan wisely, as there are no refunds for teams that register for this event and do not attend.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:

Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.

The notebook link submission deadline is Sunday, February 18th at 6:00PM.
