General Info
Welcome to the Pikes Peak Robotics - VEX Over Under Regional League Event Page! This is a VEX VRC Over under Invitational Middle School 2 league that will see competitions held for 4 consecutive months starting in October.
The schedule will be consistent across sessions with doors opening at 8 am.
Please bring your own power strips, tools, parts, etc.

Volunteer
We need and welcome volunteers. To volunteer, please go to the link at www.pikespeakrobotics.org under the "Volunteer!" section at the bottom.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of an emergency or bad weather, we will send out an event cancellation email to all coaches and volunteers as soon as that decision is made (hopefully the night before).
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be refunded $45 of the $50 event fee if the event is cancelled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Teams will be refunded $45 of the $50 event fee if they request a cancellation
Payment Dealine is September 30th, 1 week before the first session.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
