General Info
Welcome to the West Holmes Over Under Holiday Havoc Tournament playing the game, "Over Under." This event is open to High School and Middle School Teams. We hope this tournament will see teams ready to compete with their robots in their Ugly Holiday Sweaters! The event will feature a minimum of 3 fields, 2 fields for the competition and 1 field for skills/practice. We are allowing spectators for the event so encourage parents, friends, and family members to attend and support their teams. Lunch will be provided to each registered team at the event. A coaches/advisor/volunteer hospitality room will also be available as you get there in the morning and throughout the tournament. A concession stand will also be available for teams and spectators. There is no admission fee to watch the competition.

You will be notified by email if there is inclement weather for this event, a full refund will only be given if the event is canceled.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled due to inclement weather.
If the event partner cancels the event, a full refund will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend refunds will not be issued.
