Release forms: Participant Release Form must be filled out by all participants by October 28th.

Digital Upload of Notebooks Required:  If your team is submitting a notebook, please upload your notebook to RobotEvents by Saturday, October 28th at 9 AM. This will give judges adequate time to review each notebook.

Pizza and concessions:  A pizza order form link will be sent via email as the tournament draws near. Donuts, coffee, chips, candy, ice cream, and beverages will also be available for purchase at our concession stand.

Inspections:  Coaches, please help speed up our inspection process by checking your students' robots prior to the day of the event, as well as making sure firmware to the brain is updated.

Skills Field:  Your team may enter the skills field line as soon as they have passed inspection. The skills field will close promptly when qualification matches are complete.
