Participation and Consent Forms

Completed/signed consent FORMS for all participants (students, volunteers, mentors and participating adults) must be turned in on-line using this link (

Volunteer Requirement

Each participating team must provide at least 4 hours of volunteer time during the event; this may be on volunteer, or multiple volunteers.

Spectator and Participant Food

Snack items and drinks will be available for purchase in the team Pit Area (lower level of the school).


Lunch may be purchased from a variety of locations in Parker, CO, about a 10 minute drive (east of the school).

8 am - Doors Open, Pits Open, 

8 am to 9 am - Inspections and Check-in

8:30 am - Skills Fields open to teams that have passed inspection

9 am - Welcome and Driver Meetings (Skills Fields closed)

9:30 am to 12:30 pm - Qualifications and Skills

12:30 pm to 1 pm - Lunch (Skills Fields closed)

1 pm to 1:30 pm - Qualification Matches continue; Skills Fields open until the end of Qualification Matches

1:40 pm to 2:00 pm - Alliance Selection;

2:15 pm to 4:15 pm - Finals

4:30 pm - Awards

We cannot run our event without volunteers! If you or someone you know are interested in helping us run a successful tournament, then please use the link below to sign up for one of our volunteer positions. We ask that each team provides at least one volunteer, in order to help us fill slots.

Those who volunteer for 4-hours or more will be provided breakfast and lunch (as well as the immense appreciation of all students)!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, a cancellation email will be sent to the emails of those who registered (and to all volunteers) as soon as that decision is made. For more information, please reach out to the event manager on the General Info tab. Full refunds (minus the $5 non-refundable REC fee) will be provided if we are unable to reschedule. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be provided up until three weeks before the event, if requested by a team. On or after 11/18/23, we will refund only if there is a replacement team on the wait list which actually participates in the event.

If a refund is issued for any reason, only $75 of the full event fee ($80) will be returned due to the non-refundable RECF fee.

Travel Info

Spectators should park in the designated lots and enter the school through the main entrance.  Students/team buses will park on the lower level (down by the football field) and enter the school through the lunch room access.


We plan to webcast the event.  Webcast link will be provided at the event.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical notebook to submit to the judges.
