Welcome to the All Saints VRC tournament.  This is a Virginia State qualifying event.  Tournament will be held November 11, 2023 at All Saints School (9294 Stonewall Road Manassas, Virginia 20110).  After 5 years hosting 2 tournaments per year, we have mastered running a great tournament.  Key Features of this Tournament are:

  • 7 Qualification matches
  • Elevated tournament fields
  • Certified Head Referee
  • Tournament fields use portable fields with GPS grid.
  • Elevated skills field
  • Skills field uses portable field with GPS grid.
  • Pipe and drape at competition fields
  • 2 practice fields
  • Spacious pit areas w/seats
  • All matches live-streamed on YouTube-Live.
  • Live stream in the pits
  • In person judging
  • Certified Judge Advisor
  • Monitors with qualification rankings.
  • Monitors with skills scores.
  • Free parking at the school.
  • On-site concessions. You may bring your own lunch or visit local area restaurants.

Payment:  All team payments must be sent to the REC Foundation by October 27, 2023 at 4:00 PM or that team will be dropped.  Only on-line payments will be accepted.  If the tournament is cancelled, all registered participants will be notified by 10 PM on the day before the event.  The refund will be $90.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event the tournament is cancelled, you will be issued a refund of $90.  The event coordinator will e-mail coaches by 10 PM the day before the event if the event will be cancelled.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event: 

  • The refund will be $90.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

  • No refunds will be made unless the tournament is cancelled by the Event Partner.

All participants will be notified by e-mail by 10 PM on the evening before the event if the tournament is cancelled.

Judging Format

  •  In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
