The event will take place in Gymnasium. This building is located North of the central amphitheater.


Please park on the West side of campus in the general student parking lot near the softball field. There is plenty of parking available in this lot and all the spots are covered.


Concessions will be available on site.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the unlikely event of weather that would lead to a cancelation of the event we will do our best to relay that information as early as possible via email. Please contact Daniel Kober ([email protected]) if weather is a concern and please monitor the event satus on Cancellations will be posted there. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Full refund will be given to all teams minus the $5 RobotEvents Processing fee

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Full refund minus $5 RobotEvents processing fee on paid registration fees up until November 31st, 2023

50% refund on paid registration fees from Decemebr 1st, 2023 - Decemeber 17th, 2023

No refunds after December 17th, 2023

Judging Format


  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
