If the event needs to be cancelled, relocated or postponed due to adverse weather conditions all teams will be contacted using the email addresses you provide.

This is a free event. As such no refund will be offered for any travel costs you incur should the event be cancelled, postponed or relocated (for whatever reason). Please do consider this carefully before booking travel and accommodation arrangements.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: You will be contacted by the Event Partner using the contact details on Robotevent.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: The Coach/Mentor should contact the Event Partner as soon as possible to avoid delays on the event day.

 

Judging Format

In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline will be the closing date for the event.
