General Info
The tournament will be held at the Pickens County Careeer and Technology center at 990 Chastain Rd, Liberty, SC. The pits will be located in the hallways and the tournament matches will be held in the cafeteria. Seating is limited. If you would like to volunteer to help us in any capacity, please contact Melissa Riddle.

We will be stting up the fields as soon as school is out. Skills will be open from 5-7pm if you would like to run skills on Friday night.

Volunteer
Volunteers are needed on all levels (field resetters, score keepers, referees, judges, etc). Please contact Melissa Riddle if you would like to volunteer.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The PCCTC follows the direction of the Shcool DIstrict of Pickens County. In the event of inclement weather, we will make an announcement by email to the coaches of each team. We will reschedule if necessary.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All money will be reunded minus the $5.00 REC fee per team.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Money will be refunded only if another team is able to take your spot.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline for notebooks is on the Robotevents notebook links page and need to be submitted on Monday Jan 8, 2024 to give the judges time to review them before competition.
