Skills Field

The Skills field will be open from 9:30 am -12:00 pm. They will take a break for lunch and reopen from 1:00 pm until the last qualifying match ends

The event will take place rain or shine

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  All teams will receive a full refund


If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: They will be issued a refund minus the $5 RECF fee as long as it is before the registration end date or the spot can be filled from the waitlist.  If it is past the registration date and there is no waitlist, no refund will be issued

Judging Format

Judging will be all in person.

Turn in a hard copy of the team notebook at check in in order for teams to be considered for the Excellence, Design, and Innovate Awards

All teams will be interviewed in person in the pits before lunch.
