North Clarion presents our annual VRC tournament for the VRC 'Over Under" season for Western Pennsylvania.

This event will be locked for Western PA Region Teams ONLY unless all spots have not been filled by the registration deadline.  If your team is outside our region, it will be added to the waitlist until that time as to if it will be open for teams outside our region.

*This event is FREE to PA Rural Robotics Member Schools.

Code of Conduct

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

  • 7:45 AM Skills Start (Each team gets a maximum of 3 runs each per drive and autonomous)

  • 9:00 AM Drivers Meeting

  • 9:15 - 11:30 PM Qualifying Matches

  • 11:30 - 12:15  PM Lunch Break

  • 12:15 - 1:30 PM Qualifying Matches Continued

  • 1:30 PM Skills Field closes

  • 1:30-1:45 PM Alliance Selection

  • 1:45 - 2:30 PM Finals

  • 2:45 PM Awards Ceremony

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will make a call by the night prior to January 8th if a weather emergency is warranted for cancellation. This event will not be able to be rescheduled

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
