Welcome
The Menasha VEX Robotics Challenge is aimed at providing Middle and High School teams the opportunity to have fun and compete with a chance to earn a spot at the Wisconsin State Championship event. At this event we will have practice fields, a skills field, and competition area.
Participant Consent Forms
All team members and coaches need to turn in a electronic Participant Consent Form.
Parking and Event Map
This event will take place in the Menasha High School fieldhouse. Please park in the 8th street parking lot and enter through door 15. Click here for a map

Concessions are open most of the day serving a breakfast and lunch assortment at very reasonable prices.

If bad weather is in the forecast, please watch your emails for updates from us regarding possible cancellation of our event. If needed, we will post a cancellation notice on our tournament page at RobotEvents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds (excluding the $5 RECF admin fee) will be given if a cancellation is communicated to us 14 or more days prior to event. For cancelations please contact Michael Thunes @ [email protected].
In the event that this competition need to be cancelled due to inclement weather a full refund will be awarded (excluding the $5 RECF admin fee).

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
