Coaches, will be notified by email in the event of a cancellation. where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be provided minus REC fees
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be provided.
Judging Format
- Digital or Physical Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Physical notebooks will be collected at check-in. Digital notebooks must be submitted prior to check-in.
