Welcome to the Inaugral Duneland Fall VRC Over Under Blended Tournament!

Arrival:

  • Enter through Door .
  • Bus and parking available in lot .
  • Student waivers must be completed online.
  • Check in immediately upon entry.
  • Engineer’s Notebooks submitted at Check-in.
  • Competition Arena located in.
  • Team Pits located in adjacent.
  • Concessions available. (Breakfast and Lunch items.)
  • Facility is ADA accessible.

7:45-8:45            Inspection, and Practice (Practice open on all Competition fields)

8:45-9:00            Drivers meeting, Announcements and Introductions

9:00-9:10            Opening Ceremony and National Anthem

9:15-12:00 PM    Qualification Matches and Skills Challenge

12:00-12:30        Lunch (Please visit our concession stand or Order Pizzas!)

12:30-3:00          Qualification Matches and Skills Challenge

3:00-3:30            Alliance Selection

3:30-5:00            Elimination Matches and Championship

5:00-5:20            Awards and Closing Ceremony

In the event of bad weather cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com

Coaches, will be notified by email in the event of a cancellation.  where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be provided minus REC fees

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds will be provided. 

 

Judging Format

  •  Digital or Physical Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Physical notebooks will be collected at check-in.
