Welcome to the Inaugral Duneland Fall VRC Over Under Blended Tournament!
Arrival:
- Enter the building through Door 19 .
- Bus and parking available in the adjacent lot on the south side of CMS.
- Access to the entrance and parking is off of West Porter Ave along the East side of the Westchester Public Library - Township History Museum
- Student waivers must be completed online.
- Check in immediately upon entry.
- Engineer’s Notebooks submitted at Check-in.
- Competition Arena located in Goldsbourgh Gym.
- Team Pits located in adjacent.
- Concessions available. (Breakfast and Lunch items.)
- Facility is ADA accessible.

Coaches, will be notified by email in the event of a cancellation. where I will post updates about the event status as needed in the General description.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be provided minus REC fees
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be provided.
Judging Format
- Digital or Physical Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Physical notebooks will be collected at check-in. Digital notebooks must be submitted prior to check-in.
