Hereford Zone Robotics 11th Annual Stampede Robotics Event has become one of the premiere early season events. 

As in the past, the event will be held at HEREFORD MIDDLE SCHOOL Address: 712 Corbett Rd, Monkton, MD 21111 December 2nd

Doors will open at 7:00AM with registration and inspection 7:30AM - 8:30AM. As we have a very full event teams not registered and inspected by 8:30AM will not be added to event. Please plan on arriving by 7:30 to allow time to set-up.

 Event will start at approximately 8:45

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, teams will be refunded 75% of entry fee.

We encourage you to please visit HZR929.com website for weather related updates on day of event.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds for registered teams will only be provided to teams that cancel three weeks prior to event. Refund wil be 75% of the entry fee.

Judging Format

  •  In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
