General Info

The Salem December VEX Tournament is hosted by West Salem Robotics club and it is an Oregon Region only event.  The event is being held in the commons area of West Salem High School.  Please enter from the Doaks Ferry Road side of campus.

After passing inspection teams will participate in Qualifying Rounds, Alliance Selection and Elimination Rounds.  There will also be a field open for Skills Challenge runs.  Teams will be limited to three Driving and three Programming Skills Challenge runs.

As an early tournament please do not be intimidated if your robot is still 'in development'.  Many veteran teams will be at the event and they are great resources to help your team.

I look forward to seeing you at the event.

Sincerely,

Greg Smith
