Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Agenda

Teams will sign up for a one hour timeslot between 3 PM and 9 PM. They may complete up to three driver skills, and three programming skills challenge runs within that time period. Up to four teams will sign up for each hour, and the signup sheet will be emailed out to teams the week before the event.

Volunteer

We will not need volunteers for this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather, the event will be cancelled.

Refund and Payment Policies

Unless the event is cancelled, refunds will not be given for teams who have paid to attend.

Judging Format

Since this is a Skills Only event, there will be no judging.
