General Info
This is the first tournament hosted by Falcon Robotics and Central Valley High School. Parking at the event is free of charge. Lunches can be purchased at local area resturants within 2 miles of the school. (Taco Shop, Burger King, McDonald's, Old Mill Eatery, Pizza Factory, Oriental Express and others.) The event is located in the Big Gym.
This event takes place in California VRC Region 1. Currently, this event is only open to teams from Region 1. If you are not sure which region you are located in, please contact your RECF Team Engagement Manager. .

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If an event is going to be cancelled due to inclement weather, all teams will be notified via email (at least 24 hours in advance if possible).
Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date in Robotevents and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
Refund Policy
No refunds after 01/14/2023 unless we can fill your spot with another team from the Waiting List. You will need to pay in advance prior to the event by 01/15/2023 or your spot will be forfeited. Any refunds will be processed after the event at the event partner's discretion
Registration contains a $5 RobotEvents processing fee that is not refundable
Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
