Mashpee Robotics is delighted to be hosting The Cape Cod Mini Makerfaire VEX Robotics Tournament-Spin Up Our event is being held at Mashpee Middle High School, 500 Old Barnstable Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts, 02649

The event date is: March 25, 2023

Our event will be held in our auditorium and cafeteria this includes the competition fields, skills field, and pits. Competitors, Coaches, and Spectators will all enter the building through the cafeteria. Snacks will be sold and pizza will be provided (included in registration fee)  for teams and coaches in the cafeteria. Pizza will be available for purchase for spectators. Robotics Merchandise, i. e. shirts/water bottles will be available for purchase. 

Ample parking is available at Mashpee Middle High School.  Teams and those with limited mobility should use the driveway circle to unload.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued within two months of event date.

Refund and Payment Policies

No refunds will be made after Registration closes unless the event has been cancelled and can not be made up another date.

Teams with unpaid balances on will be placed on the waitlist the week prior to event, unless they have made payment arrangements with the Event Partner.

Refunds will be issued within two months after event date.

Health and Safety Policies

Team members and participants who have Covid-19 symptoms are asked not to come to the event.  Member who have tested positiving must follow current CDC guidelines regarding isolation period and mask requirements.

Guidelines will be updated as needed, be sure to check back here the week of the event for most current information.

Judging Format


All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
