Hello Everybody!

It is my pleasure to bring you the second "annual" Capital Beltway Challenge robotics competition. We're looking forward to seeing you all on Dec. 17.

We're 2/3 full and still have need of volunteer judges!

There will be concessions and food orders announced later.

Breakfast, lunch, coffee, and snacks will be provided, so please consider volunteering. 

 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event that inclement weather at the event location, emails about closure or cancellation will be sent out the night prior to the event if possible. Refunds or rescheduling will be announced by the end of the day Dec. 17. Inclement weather in other parts of the state or region will not be grounds for a refund. 

 

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be 75% of the entry fee. Refunds will not be given to cancellations beyond Nov. 18.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
