General Info

Welcome to the Robertson County Robotics VRC Tournament. This tournament is open to students in high schools who are registered with a team in VRC. 

The event is located at: Springfield High School, 5240 Hwy 76 East, Springfield, TN 37172. You will park in front of the building and enter through the lront doors to the left of the covered walkway. There will be signage directing you to the correct doors. A map will be sent to tournament registrants closer to the event.

We will not offer judging at this tournament; however, we will recognize tournament winners and skills champions.

Concessions will be provided at the event and there are several local delivery services available.

At this time, we have no mandated Covid protocols in place, but we always encourage teams and families to protect themselves as they see fit, with masks and/or social distancing where possible. Please check back for any changes in health and safety procedures.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event that a team has an emergency or issues with weather, please call Stephanie Murrell on the day of at 615.797.8164.

If inclement weather necessitates a change in event status, that information will be reflected on the general information tab of this event and an email will go out to all registered teams and coaches.

Refund Policy

Registered teams may request a refund up to 2 weeks prior to the event.  After that time, no refunds will be offered. If the event is cancelled and cannot be postponed, then a full refund minus $5 processing fee will be issued once the EP has received all funds from the REC Foundation.
