This event is designated as a PYRS Last Chance tournament. Last chance tournaments are intended for teams who have not qualified for the BC Mainland Provincial Championship. This designation is a coaches agreement between coaches in PYRS/Lower Mainland. This hopefully gives all teams an opportunity to compete and qualify for the provincials. Registration opens late in the season to curb early registration. Please respect the agreement and withdraw if your team has qualified. If space permits, we may allow qualified teams. Thank you!

Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

Teams can cancel with 1 week notice. Teams that cancel with less than 1 week notice, will be billed for the full cost of the event if the waitlist is exhausted and your spot is empty. If there a long waitlist there is less likely to be a charge.

Holding spots is discouraged. However, under limited special circumstances PYRS will absorb the loss revenue. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Thanks,

PYRS
