Welcome to the first annual Saber VRC Tournament!

James Campbell High School follows HIDOE health and safety regulations but additional requirements may be imposed depending on the scenario at the time of the tournament.

Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis should any additional safety regulations prevent your attendance.

5:30 pm: Inspection open
*Skills will be available once competition fields are set up.
**There will be no practice fields set up for use tonight. 
***GPS will be available at the skills field
7:30 pm: Doors close

November 19th, 2022
7:30 am: Volunteer check in
8:00 am: Doors open to teams, inspection, practice open shortly after.
8:00 am: Skills Open (Skills ends as soon as the last match concludes)
8:45 am: Drivers meeting​
9:00 am: Qualification Matches begin
12:00 pm: Lunch
1:00 pm: Qualification Matches resume
2:15 pm: Skills Line Closes
2:30 pm: Qualification Matches end
-Alliance Selection- Immediately after the last match concludes
3:00 pm: Elimination Matches begin (8 alliances)
4:30 pm: Awards, and breakdown

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event has to be canceled due to bad weather, all teams will be reimbursed for the event.  Please see the refund tab for info on reimbursement.

Refund Policy

Once the registration deadline is reached, there will be no refunds unless the tournament is canceled because of the weather.  Refunds will be $120, less the $5 processing fee the REC Foundation charges for each registrant..
