Thanks for registering for our event! We plan to have lunch available for purchase at our event. Please do not plan to leave campus during lunch in case we are running late. All skills and judging will be completed by 1pm so if you leave campus, your skills/judging opportunities will be forfieted. Fees must be paid by 11/7. All Consent Form Submissions must be in RobotEvents PRIOR to arrival at the Tournament.
Menu for lunch will be published ahead of time. We plan to have a "pop up". We will also have snacks for sale and FREE coffee for coaches.
In addition we hope to have a university rep or two present to talk to the students about college opportunities.

We plan to finish at 4:30pm with an hour break for lunch. If we are running behind, lunch will be shortened. Note that if the judges are trying to interview you and you are not available, they will leave a tag so you can call them back for an interview. All interviews must be completed by the end of lunch.)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event will be indoors. If Jefferson Parish Schools allows the campus is open, the event will occur with unattending teams forfiting entry fee.
There will be a full refund opportunity prior to 11/4. After that, no refunds will be given. However, if you cancel and we can fill your slot with another team, only one team will be charged the entry fee.
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
