General Info
REGISTRATION FOR THIS LEAGUE EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO SCHOOLS OF THE REGIONAL PARTNERSHIP SCHOOLS INLUDED WITH FARMERSVILLE ISD . WE WILL BE HOSTING OPEN EVENTS LATER IN THE SEASON. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS LEAGUE EVENT IS ONLY OPEN TO THE REGIONAL PARTNERSHIP. SCHOOLS INLUDED WITH FARMERSVILLE ISD.
We are excited to have you join us this season! This season we will host three ranking sessions days, and one of those three days will consist of ranking, selections and finals combined. Each team will be expected to participate in 2 of the 3 ranking sessions, a required minimum of 65% of the ranking matches during the scheduled league. The registration window closes (Oct.11). If we have new teams, it is my hope that an experienced team will take them under their wings to mentor them during their rookie season. Let me know if you are interested in either providing that support, or if you need it!
Team Expectations
1. To be eligible for the League Finals and Awards, teams must participate in at least 65% of League ranking matches (2 of 3 ranking meets).
2. Teams must always be accompanied by the team Advisor or a designated adult at any League event.
3. Teams will check in no later than 3:00 pm. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for that meet. Teams will stay for the whole event once checked in.
4. The League is a friendly competition environment, and teams are encouraged to help other teams be successful.
5. All student participants and student visitors to a league meet must have submitted a complete Vex Consent Permission Form before entry to the meet. The form covers all meets, and just needs to be submitted once at the first meet the student attends. The form can be downloaded from the Documents section of this event page.
