We are planning on running this like a full qualification tournament, mostly. The format will be a little less rigid to allow new teams to become familiar with the process and expectations.

7:30 AM - Inspection Starts & Fields Open for Practice
9:00 AM - Driver Meeting
9:15 AM - Opening Ceremonies
9:30 AM - Qualification Matches Begin, and Judging Table Open
12:00 PM - Lunch
1:00 PM - Qualification Matches, and Judging Table Open
3:00 PM - Qualifications End
3:15 PM - Alliance Selection 
3:45 PM - Eliminations 
5:30 PM - Please stick around for clean-up!

If there is bad weather, the event will be canelled. We are only charging the administration fee of the REC. Therefore, no refunds will be issued.

Judging Format

Note: Three will be no awards given at this event. Judging is intended primarily to give new teams the experience needed for an actual qualifying event.

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
