Volunteer
We welcome anyone interested in helping on the day and would love any help or guidance from veteran tournament operators. I am willing to swap seats at an event, but I cannot pay for help. Please do not solicite me for paid help. Events are the only way my students are able to raise the funds to compete.
For more information, please email Racheal Matos at racheal.matos@bhisd.net.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If cancelled by emergency or bad weather (by the host only), we will refund your fees minus the required REC fees.
Refund Policy
If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event:
Refunds will be provided less the REC fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be processed.
Health and Safety Policies
All students are under the supervision of their coaches. A coach must be in attendence if a team is at the event. A parent cannot take the place of a coach since there is no background check on the parent unless the parent is in our system as the coach.
All behavior will be a direct reflection of the student's program. Please make sure that the students are making their program proud.
At events, safe behavior, such as but not limited to staying with your team, not running, and wearing safety goggles at the field and when appropriate building times call for them demonstrates a team's ability to prioritize safe practices. It is an expectation that students will uphold the highest standards of behavior and professionalism.
MAKE SURE TO HAVE SAFETY GLASSES!
