General Info
If the event is full and you would like to participate in the event, please add your team(s) to the wait list.
We will once again be hosting our tournament on the 3rd floor of the old Mallory Building at Purdue Polytechnic High School. There is a beautiful view of the Indianapolis skyline. There will be concessions as well as several fast food locations within walking distance.
Fee needs to be paid within 2 weeks of registering for the event unless you sign up within 2 weeks of the event. In that case, payment is due upon registration. If payment is not received in a timely manner, the team may be removed from the event.

If there is an act of God that prevents us from having the tournament, we will contact you via email. We do not anticipate weather that would stop us this time of the year.
Refund and Payment Policies
The basic policy is that there are no refunds. We may consider exceptions on a case by case basis. If you have a story that makes me cry, we might consider a refund.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
