General Info
This tournament will be run by SCORE. This tournament will be held at the Vestavia Hills Freshman Campus. There will be limited concessions available. Each school may register up to 5 teams. Details to come.
Welcome to Bots in the Hills hosted by VHHS Robotics Team! This is a VEX VRC blended event. It is open to any middle or high school team participating in VEX VRC competitions.
Just a reminder that all competitions, including this one, are student-centered events. Only students and coaches are allowed in the pit area, robots are built and programmed by students, and students advocate for themselves after matches if there is a question about scoring or rules. Parents and other guests are welcome to watch from the stands, subject to prevailing COVID restrictions.
All teams must bring extension cords and power strips for charging.
Note: Notebook judging will be in-person using hard copy. It is acceptable to print a digital notebook and place the pages in a binder.
Registration Fee: The $65 registration fee
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, the tournament will be canceled and refunds will be issued.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will only be granted in the event of inclement weather.
Your team will receive their registration fee minus the Robotevents Fee of $5.00 per team.
