Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will make a call by the night prior on December 16th if a weather emergency is warranted for cancellation. No reschedule date is on the calendar at this time.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a weather cancellation or extenuating circumstance as determined by the Event Partner. You may contact bpersons@newfoundations to discuss circumstances.

Judging Format

 In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Digital Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person the day of the event. Teams should submit a copy of their notebook to submit to the judges a week prior to the event. More information coming soon.
