Hello teams,

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, November 19th for the Parkersburg High School VRC 2022 - 2023 Spin Up Competition 

Directions & Parking

The street address for Parkersburg High School is: 2101 Dudley Ave. Parkersburg WV 26101. Vehicles can load and unload in the “horseshoe” accessible from Dudley Ave. but may not park in the horseshoe. Vehicles should park on 20th St. (perpendicular to Dudley Ave.) or in the parking lot behind the school, which is accessible from 20th St. See the attached document for more information.

8:00 AM – Doors open, Inspection begins

9:00 AM – Qualification Matches, Judging Begin 

12:00 PM – Lunch Break 

1:00 PM – Qualification Matches Resume 

3:00 PM – Alliance Selection 

3:15 PM – Elimination Tournament Begins 

4:00 PM  – Closing Ceremony and Awards 

Skills Challenge fields will be open during qualification matches, breaking for lunch and closing for the day before alliance selections.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All reasonable efforts will be made to inform teams of any cancellations due to inclement weather. Refunds will be given in the event of a cancellation.

Please contact me if weather is a concern and please monitor the event status on Robot  Cancellations will be posted there.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event: 

  • Teams will be refunded in the event of a cancellation due to weather or covid protocols. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

  • A coach/mentor may withdraw their registration at any time. No refund will be given if the withdraw is the week of the tournament.
